SOY PROTEIN
CONCENTRATE POWDER

Soy Protein Concentrate Powder is manufactured using a new process that brings very clean tasting soy protein concentrate to the industry. The powder is produced from low fat soy flour which has been mechanically pressed to remove the oil through a non-chemical, 100% natural process. The concentrate powder holds up to 9 times its weight in water. The unique qualities allow higher inclusion rates without compromising taste or flavor. The textural enhancement helps produce smooth mouth feel in meat analogs.
   
APPLICATIONS
For use in meat products, pizza toppings, taco filling, meat analogs, protein bars, nutritional snacks, cereal products, specialty breads, cookies, biscuits, crackers, doughnuts, cake mixes, milk replacement in bakery applications.
