Organic soybeans are soybeans grown and handled under a specific set of production practices. In recent years, the USA, European Union and Japan have established legal standards defining “organic” products. These standards require that no chemical fertilizer or pesticides have been used on the land for three years, and that a rigid system of isolation and documentation/certification be followed. Our organic soybeans are grown in accordance with the USDA National Organic Program standards and are certified by Quality Assurance International.
